Torah Alive is a great book. It was developed by the URJ as an Early Childhood Torah Curriculum to be used by Jewish Day Schools. It contains a short synopsis of a torah story starting with creation and ends with after passover and the jews receiving the Ten Commandments. We are going to use this resource as the basis for Family Learning in the 2006-2007 school year. I am reading the stories to Rebekah about two a week at bedtime, and she loves them! She is actually asking for them. The stories take less than 5 minutes. I am attaching a link to the URJ press site, if you are interested in purchasing it.
